If you are choosing Ireland, the first question is not which university looks best on paper. It is whether you can handle the upfront cost. Ireland generally wants tuition paid in full before the visa application, and you must also show €10,000 available for living costs for the first year, on top of paid tuition. Dublin accommodation is the practical constraint, not the money — secure it before you fly.
That changes the shortlist. A student with strong marks and a bigger budget can look at Dublin options. A student who wants a safer monthly spend should look harder at Cork, Galway, or Limerick.
